Terms and Conditions

*You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and use Qantas Points. Members can earn 2 points per $1 spent online and in-store on eligible transactions in Australia at The Trybe, excluding gift cards and shipping fees. To earn points in-store, a member must present a digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at payment. To earn points online, a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their The Trybe account and be logged into that account during checkout. If a member is unable to provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the time of the transaction, they will be unable to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of purchase, where the date of purchase for Click and Collect purchases will be treated as the date of collection. Eligibility for earning Qantas Points could be subject to change at any given time in the future.

To use Qantas Points in-store, a member must present and scan the digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at payment. In the event a member has enough points, a member can choose to use Qantas Points to cover the entire eligible products within the order or choose to use a portion of points via Points Plus Pay, where the balance can be paid using any accepted form of payment. To use Qantas Points, an order must contain a minimum of $12 of eligible products. The minimum redemption amount is 2,000 Qantas Points for $12 off. If an item is returned where Qantas Points were used towards the transaction, members will have the option of an exchange, store credit or a refund of the points redeemed. Where can I find my digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card?

  • You can find your Qantas Frequent Flyer card in the Qantas App, or Apple Wallet or Google Pay if you have added your card to your digital wallet.

How long until I get my Qantas Points if I choose to earn Qantas Points on my transaction?

  • For in-store purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of purchase.

  • For online purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of purchase, where the date of purchase for Click and Collect orders will be treated as the date of collection.

How many Qantas Points will I earn on my transaction?

Can I earn Qantas Points when purchasing a Gift Card?

  • No, you can't earn Qantas Points on the purchase of a Gift Card. However, you can earn Qantas Points on the cash component of purchases where a Gift Card is used towards payment.
